A://FLOPPYSWOP/MADE FOR 56K/ is a site related to the endfile.com site...
Using the limitations of a floppy discs capacity [1.44MB] or dimensions [3.5"], it provides an on-line community for sharing digital ideas.
There are liberties taken, like zipping files or using more than one "floppy", I think... I've only browsed it briefly.
I used to have some samples up here to allow visitors to re-mix tunes, which I thought might suit this idea, although the size limitations make the whole thing a bit lo-fi [not that there is anything wrong with that!] but I'll be giving it a thought... along with the stickers idea I sort of started, but haven't stuck anywhere. Hmmm, we'll see!
