Story, from the BBC of Andrew Fischer. Who is auctioning his forehead as advertising space on e-Bay!!!He has received 39 bids so far apparently, with the largest bid currently at more than $322. Which for the 30 days he intends to wear the temporary tattoo is an earning of $10.33 per day. He's planning to use the money to pay College fees... That should buy him a pen and some paper then!
