Further to yesterdays gig... bear with me, you'll see... I read this piece at BBC Wiltshire about a high pitched noise that is supposed to deter "youth" from hanging around certain areas and being, erm, teenagers.

It's supposedly only audible to people below the age of 25 and, after testing it on Jake [16] it's evdently quite annoying! I could hear the odd squeak, but I'm way out of the target age range... Try it yourself.

I'm sure I read elsewhere the other day, that kids have now turned it into a ringtone, so they can use their mobiles in class without teacher's hearing the calls. I guess you've got to have oldish teachers though.

Anyway, my point being, that Alva Noto could have cleared the Tate of teenagers last night just as quickly!
